Privacy Notice

1 What we collect

Preview requests. Your name, email address, brokerage, chosen package, the property address or listing link, where your photos are, your notes, and your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Your materials. The photographs, logos, headshots, and other content you send, and the videos we make from them, which may show your name, brokerage, and contact details.

Correspondence. The emails you send us and our replies.

Payment. Your name, email address, and billing details for invoices. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.

Website visits. When you visit toursmith.co, technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the pages requested are processed to deliver and protect the site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

2 How we use it

To respond to your request, make your preview and video, communicate with you, send invoices and keep accounting records, resolve issues, keep the website running and secure, and, where the Terms and Conditions allow it, show your project in our portfolio, website, advertising, and social media. We do not sell your information.

3 Service providers

We use the following providers, which process your information on our behalf or under their own terms:

• Formspree (United States) receives the preview request form.
• Google Workspace (United States and other countries) runs our email.
• Higgsfield Inc. (United States) generates the moving shots from your photos. Under its own terms, Higgsfield may use uploaded content and generated output to operate, train, and improve its services, as described in section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
• Google Drive (United States and other countries) is used to deliver your finished files through a download link.
• Stripe (Ireland, the United States, and other countries) sends invoices and processes payments.
• Cloudflare (United States, with servers worldwide) hosts and protects this website.
• Google Fonts (United States) supplies the typefaces on this website and receives your IP address when a page loads.

Some of these countries, including the United States, may not offer the same level of data protection as Switzerland. Where required, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4 How long we keep it

• Source photos and generated clips: kept for portfolio use as allowed by section 14 of the Terms and Conditions. If you opt out of portfolio use, they are deleted, including from Higgsfield, within 48 hours after you approve the video.
• Finished videos on Google Drive: the download link is available for 30 days after delivery.
• Form requests and emails: kept for as long as they are needed for our business relationship and records.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as Swiss law requires.

5 Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to its use, subject to our legal obligations. You can also withdraw permission for portfolio use at any time. Write to leonidas.kemper@toursmith.co.

6 Changes

We may update this notice when our providers or practices change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
